About Sharon
Sharon Crane has been in the retail leasing and property management business for the past 24 years. She has specialized in the leasing of neighborhood, community and unanchored strip centers. She has leased in excess of 2,000,000 SF of retail space in the Puget Sound and Portland Metro areas. She has assisted with construction management during the rehab of four neighborhood and two community centers as a valued member of the development team. She has done tenant rep work for regional and national tenants. She has a good understanding of what it takes to insure the continued success of retail projects during the good economic times and the bad. Through her creative approach to management and leasing, she tends to think outside the box. She has excellent communication skills which are a valued asset when dealing with tenants and owners.
