About Cindy
Cindy Bogar joined Morris Piha Real Estate Services, Inc. with 20 years of real estate/property management experience. Cindy has managed all product types: office (from suburban office to Class A downtown high-rise), industrial (big box to ligh industrial/flex), retail, as well as mixed/specialty use. Cindy has wored with a wide array of ownership entities including sole proprietorships, partnerships, REITS, institutions, banks, and foundations. Cindy has experience in the private and public arenas, has acted as Landlord and Tenant representative and has worked with both local and nationwide portfolios. Cindy has experience with leasing, construction, disposition, and receivership work; and she utilizes this pol of experience to provide creative approaches to real estate needs that best meet the ownership goals and objectives for the properties and clients she represents.
Currently, Cindy works with 700,000 SF portfolio properties throughout a three county area in the Puget Sound.
Cindy received the University of Washington's Certificate in Real Estate; participated in both BOMA's RPA and IREM's CPM programs; holds a Washington State Real Estate Agent's license; andreceived her Bachelors degree from the University of Connecticut.
