Kim has been involved in the commercial real estate industry for over 6 years. As a property manager, she is responsible for managing tenant/landlord relations, working out detailed budgets for the fiscal year and working with vendors and tenants to resolve any issues. She is also responsible for managing the Company's maintenance tracking software.
A graduate of the University of Washington, Kim brings with her a strong background in customer service. She applies her professionalism and skills in communication, problem solving, multi-tasking and research to the benefit of our clients. Kim is licensed by the state of Washington with a real estate agents license.
