Meloy Martin has been an employee of Morris Piha Real Estate Services, Inc. since 1980. Meloy has experience in many aspects of property management. She had been a project accountant for many years handling the day to day books for a portfolio of properties prior to advancing 10 years ago to lease administrator. In Meloy's current role as Lease Administrator she works with Morris Piha property managers, brokers, and accountants on a daily basis to ensure that rent increases are correctly accounted for as well as lease renewals, extensions and assignments. She reviews all new leases and enters summary informatino into MPRES management software.
