About Billy
Since joining Morris Piha Real Estate Services in 2003, Billy has been involved in many aspects of commercial real estate including tenant/landlord representation, investment purchases, sales and syndication. Billy has developed a diverse tenant representation business and has worked on everything from large doggy day care facilities, to commissary kitchens, high tech start-ups, retail stores and restaurants/bars.

Since joining Morris Piha Real Estate Services in 2003, Billy has been involved in many aspects of commercial real estate including tenant/landlord representation, investment purchases, sales and syndication. Billy has developed a diverse tenant representation business and has worked on everything from large doggy day care facilities, to commissary kitchens, high tech start-ups, retail stores and restaurants/bars.

Billy has been involved in over 150 sales and leasing transactions valued in excess of $75 million dollars which have encompassed over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial property. Billy has many long standing relationships in the community and this is the result of always giving exceptional service based on trust, honesty and integrity.

Billy's background before commercial real estate was in high growth sales and sales management with Schwartz Brothers Restaurants, Merchant du Vin Corporation, Entercom Seattle and Go2Net. Billy grew up in a real estate family that has owned and operated property in the greater Puget Sound region for over 75 years.

Membership & Education
Billy is an Associate Broker, a member of the Washington Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) and the Washington State CCIM Chapter. He is a CCIM Designee through the CCIM Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.

Billy is an Associate Member of the Seattle Executives Association (SEA) and is a current member of the leads generation committee.

Billy was born and raised in Seattle. Billy attended Colorado College and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics. Billy is actively involved with Children's Hospital and the American Diabetes Association.

Nearly 7,000 additional professionals are pursuing the CCIM designation.

 

Recognized for its preeminence within the industry, the CCIM curriculum represents the core knowledge expected of commercial investment practitioners, regardless of the diversity of specializations within the industry. The CCIM curriculum consists of four core courses that incorporate the essential CCIM skill sets: financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, and investment analysis for commercial investment real estate.
