About Mark
Mark O'Shea transferred to Morris Piha Real Estate Services after working for a law firm and has several years experience working in the real estate industry. His experience includes the management of a retail/industrial portfolio for MPRES.
In addition to his expertise in handling general property maintenance issues, Mark has supervised several large tenant improvement and capital improvement projects, including roof replacements, HVAC replacements, parking lots, as well as corporate remodels. During his time at MPRES he has built and maintained strong relationships with building owners, contractors, vendors and city representatives.
In his years as a property manager, Mark has also gained extensive experience in lease and lease renewal negotiations, property marketing, creating operating budgets, and triple net reconciliations to fit owner goals and objectives.
Education and Certifications
Mark currently holds a Washington Real Estate Agent's license and is a member in both the national and local chapters of CCIM and IREM. He has a B.A. in Psychology from Central University and graduated with honors.
